The Fair Job Hotels association was founded in June 2016 by 15 well-known members from the hotel industry, the trade press and other partners. Over 70 hotels and more than ten industry partners have now joined the initiative, which sees a good working atmosphere characterised by an open, fair and contemporary management style as the basis for the long-term success of a hotel business.

The aim of the association is to set common, binding values and standards for behaviour in the world of work.

Anyone who supports the "FAIRsprechen" and implements it in their business can become a partner hotel of the initiative - in the sense of: "We promote and challenge talent" and "We offer the right professional challenges for many life models".

Green Pearls® is an international information platform for sustainable travel - a filter for environmentally friendly holidays without compromise, a sustainable label and a globally active communication platform for sustainable tourism.

The website www.greenpearls.com presents pioneers of green tourism who are committed to environmental protection and social responsibility. FAIRWEG is a German travel portal specialising in sustainable accommodation and travel. The aim is to make environmentally conscious travelling simple and transparent. BeCause is a Danish technology company that helps hotels to efficiently digitalise their sustainability management. The AI-supported platform simplifies the collection and management of ESG data, supports certification (e.g. Green Key, GSTC) and facilitates compliance with standards such as the CSRD.
