Lebensbaum roasts its coffee slowly, at a moderate temperature and, of course, in a climate-neutral manner at its in-house roastery – one of the oldest organic roasteries in Germany. This gentle, slow roasting process breaks down any unpleasant acidity. This makes the coffee particularly aromatic and allows subtle nuances to come through. A special service from this organic pioneer: Lebensbaum’s baristas help customers not only to choose the right beans, but also to select and set up their coffee machine.
